Beachvergnugen is the epitome of the functional and exquisite beach getaway and is only steps away from the famous beaches of Bean Point! This home can accommodate 8 guests and contains 4 bedrooms, 3 with King beds and the other with a set of Twin beds. There is a large seating area off the pool downstairs that contains a flat screen TV and large couch if you need a break from the Florida heat!

This home’s open floor plan and outdoor area allows you and your guests to enjoy “the island life” either indoors or outdoors.

Upon arrival, take the steps up to where you will be welcomed by the bright and spacious living and dining areas, as well as the kitchen. 2 couches and a flat screen TV provide the perfect space to watch the big game. The dining area is situated perfectly in between the kitchen and living room area and can seat 8 guests at the table. The kitchen contains all stainless-steel appliances and essential items to make cooking a breeze!

3 of the 4 bedrooms in this home have King beds, with the fourth bedroom containing 2 Twin beds. The master is located on the top floor with its own attached private bathroom, it also has direct access to an outside porch (with fans!) where you can enjoy the famous Anna Maria Sunsets! One of the other bedrooms also has access to its own porch. This home contains its own washer and dryer, so you can do all your laundry on-site!

Step outside and indulge yourself in the amazing outdoor space this home has to offer! The outdoor seating area is all shaded (with lounge chairs not in shaded area for the sun bathers in your group). Adirondack chairs, dining table for 6, and an outdoor couch allows everyone in your group to enjoy this amazing space. The propane grill is also down here, making it a perfect grill-out island oasis!

This home is ideally nestled on the north end of the island, across the street from the pristine white sandy beaches and just a short distance from Pine Avenue where you will find an array of dining and shopping options. North Shore Café, Waffle Press, and Donut Experiment are some options for breakfast. Poppo’s and Pizza Social offer great lunch options. Be sure to try The Waterfront Restaurant during your stay for a spectacular dining experience – delicious food overlooking Tampa Bay and City Pier. Grab your rods (or rent some) and head over to City Pier to try to catch your own dinner, or enjoy the stroll and views of the bay, and be sure to keep a lookout for a manatee or dolphin! Pine Avenue also has multiple stops for the free island trolley that runs the length of the island. This is a great option when you want to leave the car or golfcart at the house but still spend a day experiencing the rest of the island!
