The ratings for individual units are relative to each property based on the rentals overall quality and condition ranging from EVP (Exclusive Vacation Property) to Bronze with EVP and Platinum ratings being our most upscale luxury vacation properties and Silver and Bronze being our simply decorated rentals that meet minimum standards to comfortably enjoy your time on Anna Maria Island. Regardless of which property you choose, all of our island homes meet all required amenity standards including premium linens and our 5-star customer service.
