Pirate’s Cove is grand in both it's design and location, making this home the place to stay while on Anna Maria Island. Newly built, this beautiful home on a canal with an amazing pool and sports a fantastic, multi-level layout that will give your friends and family plenty of space. With 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms as well as an additional half bath on the main level, everyone can have their own little piece of paradise.

Gather in the fully equipped kitchen, where meals can be prepared and shared. Or take those meals out to one of the homes many balconies to enjoy views of the canals and nearby beaches. The roof top deck gives even grander views of the surrounding area, and you can even see the Skyway Bridge! Additionally this is one of the only "Any Day" arrival properties on the island.

What’s a vacation home without fun amenities? Pirate’s Cove has them in spades. A private pool where you can take a relaxing swim, or lounge near it while basking in the island sun. There is a grill where you can cook up some of your favorite foods, or perhaps a freshly caught fish! No matter how you spend your Anna Maria vacation, Pirate’s Cove will allow you to do it in seclusion, as it’s location is in a quiet and private part of Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island. There is even a golf cart!

During your stay feel free to take in the rest of the island whenever you aren’t relaxing in your home away from home. The Gulf of Mexico beach is nearby, only 5 mins away, where you can take in the pristine sands and gorgeous waters. For nights out, Historic Bridge Street is just a short drive or Trolley ride to the south. Enjoy island sights and sounds with live, local music, as well some great restaurants. If shopping is your thing, look no further than Pine Ave where you can grab some fun souvenirs from local shops and boutiques. A bit further north you can find the Historic Rod and Reel pier for lunch or just s stroll out past the water's edge. Further still is the famous Bean Point, an island destination that certainly worth checking out!

35’ Private Dock that fits up to a 26’ boat. IMPORTANT NOTE! Due to tide fluctuations the draft of the boat is an important consideration when reserving this property. NOT all types of boats will work well during low tide. The water line can range from 3” to 36” based on high and low tides. If tidal flow is a noted concern, your planned boat requires significant draft, or the captain of the boat has limited experience navigating high and low tidal artificial waterways/tributaries, then we suggest a vacation rental that provides for more significant water depths. There will be no refunds for boat access to this property as tidal flows should be considered an act of god, similar to rain, high or low temperatures, etc.

 

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. 

Please be sure to obey all traffic laws and be sure you are parking in a permitted area if parking on the streets. If you park in a non-parking zone or against traffic, you will be ticketed.

Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:

7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)

10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)

The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.
