The large fenced-in yard has lots of space for everyone to play, complete with a covered Tiki-bar, TV, and dartboard. The mature tropical landscaping adds some additional privacy, too. You will also find that this home is centrally located to the beach – Bean Point beach is just a five-minute walk away, while the Bay beach is only a two-minute walk.

This dog-friendly home allows up to two dogs, with a weight limit of 40lbs each. Dogs larger than 40lbs are allowed with a $100 dollar charge, in addition to the pet fee. Pet Fee $250/pet Plus Tax.

Please be sure to obey all traffic laws and be sure you are parking in a permitted area if parking on the streets. If you park in a non-parking zone or against traffic, you will be ticketed.
Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.

Great family rental.
This was a great rental for our family of 11. We had plenty of room to spread the kids out when needed but also plenty of room for all of us to gather together.

Look no further
We stayed at Summer Breeze with friends and had an amazing stay. The house is well equipped for large groups and the beds are very comfortable with large spacious bathrooms. We really enjoyed the large screened in porch, pool and spa. The location is close to all AMI has to offer on Pine Avenue, the pier and a close walk to the beach. Home base for the perfect vacation
What a great house in a great location. It's the perfect vacation getaway. Just a short walk to the beach on the Gulf side, the pier on the Bay side, and the restaurants and shops on Pine Ave. It's a gorgeous house with big comfy beds and every amenity you need to relax and enjoy the island. There were 8 of us sharing the house and there was plenty of room. It's certainly spacious enough to accommodate up to 14 people as the listing describes. We spent most of our time out on the screened porch when not in the pool or at the beach, a great spot for morning coffee or a nightcap. Check out the North Shore for breakfast, the Porch for lunch, the Waterfront for dinner, Flip Flop Candy Shop for the kids, and the Pier at the end of Pine Ave for a strawberry orange mimosa ale -- all within walking distance. ABC Baby Furniture Rental’s offers more than just cribs and highchairs. They actually offer a lot more than just baby gear, including beach equipment. They have supplies for the little ones like baby floats, kids beach wagons, and beach toys. But they also offer beach umbrellas, chairs, and more. ABC Baby Furniture Rental’s also has pick-up locations in Sarasota and Siesta Key. Hope that helps!
