Hop, Skip and a Beach! is a fantastic 4 bedroom and 4 bath single family pool home West of Gulf Drive located in Anna Maria City. Less than a 2 minute walk away from the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island and the Gulf of Mexico. Hop, Skip and a Beach is an elevated home that showcases a private heated pool with spa and multiple covered areas pool side ideal for enjoying the fresh Gulf of Mexico sea air.

The main living area offers an open floor area with front and rear second floor decks. The great room area is open to the fully stocked gourmet kitchen, living area and dining area. Just off the master bedroom on the top floor is stacked washer and dryer. Three of the four bedrooms are located upstairs on the third floor including the Master suite. The fourth bedroom is on the main living level with a full bath room off the kitchen for guest convenience. This private West of Gulf Drive home comfortably accommodates a group of 8 with a King sized bed in the Master a queen bedroom in the second bedroom, a second king master suite on third floor and a full over queen bunkbed in the fourth bedroom perfect for kids or adults!

The spacious backyard features tropical landscaping and a private heated salt water pool with a spa. The covered lanai provides the ideal amount of shade. Enjoy an outdoor meal under the covered lanai or the Gazebo overlooking the spacious pool.
Also just inside from the pool area is a game room for those raining days with a bar, vintage fridge, electronic dart board and large TV. Also take in a game a corn hole using the custom set supplied by the owner.

Hop, Skip and a Beach is located on the North end of Anna Maria Island in Anna Maria City. The elevated home is just a short trolley ride, bike ride or walk away from some of the great local shops and restaurants. Walk the beach for 15 minutes to the famed Sandbar restaurant for a beachside cocktail.
