Hop, Skip and a Beach! is a fantastic 4 bedroom and 4 bath single family pool home West of Gulf Drive located in Anna Maria City. Less than a 2 minute walk away from the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island and the Gulf of Mexico. Hop, Skip and a Beach is an elevated home that showcases a private heated pool with spa and multiple covered areas pool side ideal for enjoying the fresh Gulf of Mexico sea air.
The main living area offers an open floor area with front and rear second floor decks. The great room area is open to the fully stocked gourmet kitchen, living area and dining area. Just off the master bedroom on the top floor is stacked washer and dryer. Three of the four bedrooms are located upstairs on the third floor including the Master suite. The fourth bedroom is on the main living level with a full bath room off the kitchen for guest convenience. This private West of Gulf Drive home comfortably accommodates a group of 8 with a King sized bed in the Master a queen bedroom in the second bedroom, a second king master suite on third floor and a full over queen bunkbed in the fourth bedroom perfect for kids or adults!
The spacious backyard features tropical landscaping and a private heated salt water pool with a spa. The covered lanai provides the ideal amount of shade. Enjoy an outdoor meal under the covered lanai or the Gazebo overlooking the spacious pool.
Also just inside from the pool area is a game room for those raining days with a bar, vintage fridge, electronic dart board and large TV. Also take in a game a corn hole using the custom set supplied by the owner.
Hop, Skip and a Beach is located on the North end of Anna Maria Island in Anna Maria City. The elevated home is just a short trolley ride, bike ride or walk away from some of the great local shops and restaurants. Walk the beach for 15 minutes to the famed Sandbar restaurant for a beachside cocktail.

Beautiful and comfortable house for a dream family vacations at the beach
Really nice house, super close to the beach, very clean, great spaces to share with the family at the pool, when cooking, eating and/or watching a movie. Also The manager team is amazing, quick and efficient response. We are looking forward to rent it again in the future for another awesome week at the beach.

Great property and location
Great place to stay with family. Right on trolly line so everyone can easily do what they Qantas to do. Even though on corner traffic noise was minimal. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and awesome house!
Hop Skip and a Beach was a great vacation rental for us! It was our 9th trip to AMI and we really enjoyed our stay here. Very short walk to the beach just 7-8 houses away was ideal. House came equipped with beach chairs, beach wagon, etc. which was great. Location on the corner was not really an issue at all especially during the day. We did have a little noise at night on weekend but it was spring break so not surprising. Pool and lounge area outside are awesome. House had really nice finishes and tons of space. Q:Hi there. I just rented this property in July and wanted to rent some bikes whiles there. This made me think - I wonder if the house has beach chairs or an umbrella or do I need to rent those as well? Thanks so much for any info you might have! We are so excited!- Deirdre D. Posted: 04/12/2021A:Unfortunately, Island Real Estate Vacations cannot guarantee there will be any beach chairs, umbrellas or toys at your vacation rental property. However, if upon arrival you find there are chairs, etc. then you are welcome to enjoy them. Some guests leave items behind and some owners will purchase an inventory of fun beach equipment a few times a year.
The reason we cannot guarantee is too often these items get left behind on the beach, broken, etc. so there really is no way for us to know what is there from week to week. We suggest you check in, take a look around the property to see what is there that you would like to use and then if you feel you want something extra pick it up at a local shop or rent just about anything from Fun and More or Beach Bum’s (info below).
