Inside Starfish Beach 2 you’ll find plenty of space to comfortably accommodate 6 guests with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Both of the bedrooms offer premium quality professionally cleaned linens, access to the patio area and flat screen televisions. The master bedroom has a King bed and master bath with a walk in shower. The guest room has a Queen bed. The main bathroom is in the hall just outside of the guest room and offers a tub/shower combo.

The main living area at this Anna Maria Island beach rental is cozy, yet open and offers a full Size Sleeper Sofa. The high ceilings and the cool blue décor give an airy quality to the space. Everyone can feel comfortable and relaxed during this island getaway. The kitchen has gorgeous counter tops and back splash along with all the basics of meal prep. Find a dishwasher too!

Situated in a lush corner of the Starfish Beach complex is the sparkling heated pool. Here guests can relax in one of the lounge chairs while enjoying paradise. If you are looking for a little privacy, but still want to enjoy the outdoors, this beach rental has a patio with privacy fencing. Kick up your feet in the patio furniture while you enjoy a real Florida style cook out on the propane grill. Starfish Beach 2 even allows dogs to join in on vacation fun. Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:

7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)

10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)

The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.
