Welcome to Beach Pearl, a private custom lagoon style saltwater pool and spa home built to the highest specifications located in Anna Maria City. This is it! Your own piece of Anna Maria Island paradise on a quiet dead end street. Escape through the front entry doors to the open and bright living area. Your senses will be quickly overwhelmed viewing the custom pool with spa along with hearing the pool waterfall through open french doors across the rear of the living area. Chandeliers, barn doors, vaulted ceilings, marble and quartz countertops, high end furnishings and appliances add to the stylish and luxurious experience.
The stunning backyard has a crushed shell path joining the tropical living areas: from the dining table under the mango tree, the BBQ area, outdoor rain shower, to the spa and waterfall, and along to the comfortable furniture under the gazebo.
Wake up each morning to sip coffee under the gazebo off the master bedroom suite of this Anna Maria vacation rental. Prepare meals in the modern kitchen with custom cabinetry, beautiful white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, Kitchenaid small appliances, and Fiesta dishes. Everything you could ever need is contained in the kitchen cupboards.
This family-friendly space has a Smart TV in the living room, a TV in each bedroom, unlimited long distance telephone to the US/Canada, Wi-Fi internet and is stocked with books, games, a beach cart, chairs and numerous toys for the beach and pool. The living area television is equipped with Spectrum Gold which includes HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Encore, and the NFL Network and Redzone.

Please be sure to obey all traffic laws and be sure you are parking in a permitted area if parking on the streets. If you park in a non-parking zone or against traffic, you will be ticketed.
Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.

Perfect stay
Had the pleasure of staying for a week it was absolutely incredible. The house has everything that you need and it’s in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood. Backyard paradise a block from the beach
The backyard was amazing, very well done and completely private tropical oasis. The location is quite and only a block and a half from the beach. The house is very new and nicely finished.

“Beach Pearl – Our Favourite Island Escape in Anna Maria!”
Beach Pearl is an absolutely immaculate gem on Anna Maria, and it has quickly become our favourite place to stay on the island. The three beautifully decorated bedrooms and two lovely bathrooms are thoughtfully designed. The main living area has an open, airy concept that makes the whole home feel bright and welcoming, perfect for enjoying time together. Large glass doors open out to a lush tropical backyard with a gorgeous pool and spa. A charming gazebo creates a shaded outdoor living room where we loved to sit and relax. There is also a convenient outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after the beach. A dedicated outdoor dining area with BBQ makes grilling dinners easy and enjoyable. The location is outstanding—tucked on a quiet no-exit street and just a very short walk to the beach, so sunset strolls and morning visits to the Gulf were effortless. Pine Street’s charming shops are only a walk away, and we highly recommend catching a performance at the Island Players Theatre while you’re there. My husband and I have visited Anna Maria several times, and Beach Pearl stands out above every other property we’ve stayed at. We were fortunate enough to spend a week at this beautiful property. The home has everything to offer. Beautiful outdoor space, easy walk to the beach, completely outfitted with everything to make your stay easy and comfortable. Great location and convenient free trolley to tour other areas of the island.

Worth the cost
We loved this house, it looks great, high quality throughout and well equipped. Great location 2 blocks to beach and short drive to shops. Short walk to Ginny and Jane’s or spa and yoga next door to it. Walk to Pine ave was doable too even in summer heat.
Kids twin room next to main ensuite double was great for being close to children. Air con and fans.
Lovely outdoor eating area as well as lounge area to relax in shade under outdoor fan whilst others are in pool.
There is lots of beach kit too including trolley, bikes for adults, boogie boards, sunshades, chairs and mats so info should be updated with that.
Washer and dryer were efficient and used lots for towels (pool and bathroom versions).
Stunning garden so not overlooked and maintained weekly whilst we were there.

Perfect honey moon
For us staying in this house was the perfect honey moon. The pool ,the spa and the natural sound of waterfall beside to the varied tropical garden were amazing. The kitchen and the bedrooms are really comfortable and everything is of first quality. All details you could imagine and the beach is a really short walk. Para nosotros fue la luna de miel perfecta. La piscina y el spa con agua templada y el ligero sonido de la cascada fue genial. La cocina es realmente confortable y todo es de primera calidad. Todos los detalles que puedes desear para estar feliz y la playa perfecta a dos pasos.

Exellent place
The accommodations are excellent. An early swim, plenty of activities during the day an a fun evening, made each day a pleasure to remember. Anna Maria is our favorite Florida get away and always great to come back.

Comfortable House!
The house was absolutely wonderful. Clean, very new seeming, and very comfortable. The backyard oasis was dreamy— landscaping was beautiful and the pool/hot tub were just perfect. Lots of sun exposure during prime hours! The location was also great, a block from a beautiful beach and a 5-10 min walk to the main drag. Would absolutely stay again!

Absolutely loved it!
We loved our time at beach pearl! Everything was perfect at the property. It will be hard to stay anywhere else now. It was a 10/10 stay! Working with island realty has been a fantastic. Everyone we worked with was so responsive and helpful. From making the reservation, helping us plan for arrival, checking in, questions that came up during our stay and then check out! However, if upon arrival you find there are chairs, etc. then you are welcome to enjoy them. Some guests leave items behind and some owners will purchase an inventory of fun beach equipment a few times a year.
Too often these items get left behind on the beach, broken, etc. so there really is no way for us to know what is there from week to week. We suggest you check in, take a look around the property to see what is there that you would like to use and then if you feel you want something extra pick it up at a local shop or rent just about anything from Fun and More or Beach Bum’s (info below).

Payment of reservation deposit is considered to be acceptance of cancellation terms regardless of the signature status of the reservation confirmation. A written notice of cancellation is acceptable to refund paid monies (less a $250 cancellation fee) if received a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival date. Notices received less than 60 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of all paid monies.
