This single-level home is exquisitely decorated in 1960’s period appropriate furnishings and fixtures. Upon arrival, you will feel right at home. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances, the attached dining area can seat 6, and there are 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter to allow for all your guests to relax and wind down! Ample counter space will allow the chef in your group to prepare your favorite meals. The living room area is connected by an open concept layout to the dining and kitchen areas for a relaxing space for everyone to watch the big game or watch your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV after a long beach-day.
Each bedroom in this home has a flat screen TV and enjoys great natural light. The master bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and an attached private bathroom, and the third bedroom has two Twin XL beds. Both bathrooms in this home have full walk-in showers, and one of these is a double shower. The washer and dryer units in this home make doing laundry a breeze!
The outdoor space of this home offers the ideal beach alternative! The heated pool and spa are surrounded by palms that will engulf you in a true island oasis. The pool contains a shallow area with an umbrella to offer the perfect lounging spot for when you or young children need a break from the Florida sun. Lounge chairs, dining table with seating for 6, and propane grill will ensure that you and your guests have the perfect backyard BBQ hangout spot! Property also offers 6 beach chairs for guest use during your stay.
This home is in Holmes Beach and is just a short drive away from Pine Avenue on the north end or to the dining/shopping options in Holmes Beach. You are also a short walk away from the free island trolley stop – this is a great option for when you want to explore the island while leaving the car or golf cart at home! This trolley goes all the way to The City Pier on the north end and to Coquina Beach on the south end with various stops in between. On Pine Avenue you will find Pink and Navy Boutique, The Donut Experiment, North Shore Café and Anna Maria Island Outfitters, along with numerous other dining and shopping options like ice cream shops and Ginny and Jane E’s! Be sure to take a walk out on the famous City Pier and even grab a bite to eat out there while overlooking Tampa Bay and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge! Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.

Home
I say "home" in the title and not "house" because this property was so beautiful, conmfortable and practicial, you'd think you were visting family, and not staying in a rental. With 3 bedrooms, large beds and closet space in each, everyone had room to spread out. TVs in each bedrooms, as well as the main room, meant no fighting about what to watch the one day it rained. There are two elegant bathrooms in the home, with the master ensuite with a double shower as well! And the kitchen! Nicer then my own, Without a doubt; what a joy it was cooking in there. There was also a BBQ just outside the back door to grill up a quick lunch or dinner. And trust me, you'll want to be outside! There is a salt water pool that you could float in for hours, and a hot tub for the cooler evenings that you can sit and stare at the twinkling stars. The beach was under 5 minute stroll from the property, i couldn't beleive how close it was. Overall, an amazing place, and one i can't wait to go back to!

Stayed here twice
We stayed twice at this house for two months during the winter season of 2016-2017 and 2017-2018, and it was a very postive experience. The house is clean, well appointed and well maintained and the location is good. There were a few issues with the house both times, but the rental company was very quick to resolve the problems. We enjoyed the salt water pool! The negatives about the house are the very loud HVAC system and the weekly renters in the house behind who were disruptive to an otherwise peaceful, lovely neighborhood.

First Visit
We had a great first visit to Anna Maria Island. The location of the house to the beach was wonderful and very easy to access restaurants and shops within being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The pool was perfect for our family of five.

Great place
We absolutley loved this house and can't believe how inexpensive it is.
The Highlights: This is a three-bedroom house, despite what the listing says. One bedroom had a full-sized bed and ensuite wetroom/full bath. There's a bedroom with a king and another with a queen that share another wetroom/full bath. The living room is airy and comfortable, all the furniture is new, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need, down to coffee filters.
Big beautiful heated pool and hot tub outside but the lounge chairs are dated and low quality. The pool is beautiful but needs a vacuum or other automated cleaner- it was full of leaves and dead bugs each morning. This is a cheap and simple fix that could improve its usability.
Perfect location on the adorable Anna Maria island. We rented bikes with our two toddlers and rode everywhere. Five minute walk to the beach, which is wide with beautiful white sand and shallow water. Perfect family vacation spot. We rented cribs, a beach waggon, and other kid items which were dropped at the house and were so easy. Will definitely vacation here again and will probably stay here.

We have always wanted to stay at this cool property for years and we were not disappointed! Such a beautiful home exactly like the photos and the pool & spa were awesome. We found the hot water to be a bit quirky at times, but every home has quirks.it's a very popular home since we has 4-5 people stop and take pics and ask us about the house when they saw us in the front porch or by our car. The only negative was it was a bit noisy when all the weekly rentals surrounding the home had pool times together....still a very private pool space. 5 minute walk to the beach! it's one of our favorites and we have been coming to Anna Maria for 14 years! Such a beautiful interior decor!

Great home!
The unit was in great condition and very nicely appointed. We really appreciated the period decor. Also, glasses, dishes and most of the pots and pans in very good condition and of decent quality. We also found the back yard very nice with the pool and hot tub combination and nice landscaping.

We arrived on saturday May 10th, and were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The house seems small from the outside, but inside is actually really big, boasting 3 fairly sized bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms were quite large and very well kept. There is a nice size living room and dining room along with a nice breakfast bar in the kitchen. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal for your use. The weather was nice so the backyard with the heated pool and spa was a bonus. The pool was decorated lovely and even has a baby wadding area with a place for a umbrella to be placed. The backyard is nicely landscaped and maintained. The BBQ was ready to be used. Overall it is a very nice property and everyone enjoyed themselves.

We will definitely stay again
The house was beautiful, wonderfully decorated, super clean, great backyard and awesome pool. We loved everything about it and were so sad to leave. The kitchen was stocked with all utensils, dishes, cooking supplies, etc. So we were easily able to cook all our food and not eat out all the time. The block is nice too with quite a few lovely homes. The walk to the beach is super short. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Beach House!
My family loved this beach house, we were super close to the beach, it was accessible through the side door straight to the backyard for those who came with sandy feet. Everyone loved the spa at the pool. We had WiFi issues the first day we got here, but it was quickly resolved and very attentive customer service. The driveway was big enough for our two long vehicles, but again the location of this house I believe has the best beach in Anna Maria Island. We will definitely be coming back!

Loved our stay
Great modern clean property with pool in quiet neighborhood, close to beach access and free trolly to go into Anna Maria. Minor flaws are the loud AC and the shower drains (whole bathroom flooded after taking shower.) Also, there was no key to the patio.

Excellent Property!!

Retro and cool!
This place was so cool. It looks vintage 1950's or 60's but when you step in you realize it is completely updated with all the modern amenities you want yet the look is still so retro and authentic. Love the danish Modern/Mid Century furniture, decor and architecture. Easy walk to the beach or hang out by the pool. The yard is beautifu, peaceful and private.

However, if upon arrival you find there are chairs, etc. then you are welcome to enjoy them. Some guests leave items behind and some owners will purchase an inventory of fun beach equipment a few times a year.
Too often these items get left behind on the beach, broken, etc. so there really is no way for us to know what is there from week to week. We suggest you check in, take a look around the property to see what is there that you would like to use and then if you feel you want something extra pick it up at a local shop or rent just about anything from Fun and More or Beach Bum’s (info below).
