Welcome to Tuscan Tides - a spectacular 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home set within the coastal community of Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. This home has a beautiful exterior that fuses Italian Tuscan and Spanish Mediterranean style, featuring multiple balconies and swaying palm trees. The backyard oasis contains a private heated pool, comfortable lounge chairs, a tiki bar, gas grill, a large outdoor dining table with seating for 10, and 4 comfortable chairs surrounding a gas fire pit. Leave your towels at home because Tuscan Tides provides premium linen service. On the ground level there is also a game room furnished with a ping pong table, poker table, a giant Jenga and Connect 4 game, tv, couches, and a refrigerator for beverages - all to provide entertainment after a day in the sun or when your crew wants to stay close to home.
Take the stairs or the elevator to the main level of the house where you will immediately feel the vacation vibe. With recent renovations and updates this home is sure to be a favorite with everyone. Step inside to an open concept living room/dining room combination with cozy high end seating and a tv at the focal point. Just a couple steps away is the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a countertop eating area for four. In the evening you can enjoy appetizers at the kitchen island, and meals at the large 8 person dining table. Coastal modern decor greets you as you enter the bedrooms - each has new ceiling fans, soft lighting, and designer touches.
With the beach just a short walk down a side path and across the street, it is easy to enjoy the sand volleyball courts, the Anna Maria Cafe, as well as the wide open beach. If you are up for a little adventure on the water, take our two kayaks with you to enjoy a little paddling out in the waves! If you are looking for some time away from the surf and sand, take our two bikes for a ride around the island.
Our location is tucked back from traffic, and conveniently just 2 blocks away from the Publix. It is around the corner from some island favorites like the Westcoast Surf Shop and Skinny’s!

Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.

The property was very clean :) which is a big deal for me. We didn't encounter any issues while staying the week. The amenities were wonderful, game room and pool were great. We enjoyed our stay and really liked the keyless entry feature. This is definitely a stress free vacation.

Amazing find

Awesome Home!
This place was just what we were looking for. Its location is perfect- tucked back just enough and across the street from the beach. There were 2 queen beds in the main floor bedroom - which makes this house really sleep 10 instead of 8! We had plenty of room! Absolute perfection
This house was perfect for our group. With the 4 bedrooms, each with their own private bath, it made everything so easy. The home although marketed for 8, can easily sleep additional people with the 2 queen beds in one of the bedrooms and a pull out couch in the family room. The private pool was just amazing - a true oasis and wonderful break from the beach. The Manatee Beach was so convenient - we were able to head over there easily every day, and not have to worry about a quick trip back to the house for. lunch or to grab something that was forgotten. A great place!
We have stayed at this house three separate times - we keep coming back, because it is the right amount of cozy and spacious.. It feels great - now more than ever (they just updated it!). The decor and furniture, etc. is so nice. The beds are really comfortable and the water pressure in the showers is amazing! It is also worth mentioning that they have a fully functioning elevator now. I also appreciated that there were enough beach chairs for all of us, rafts, and fun games at the house like the giant Jenga and connect 4. You can tell they are paying attention to the details! The main public beach near the snack shop can get busy at times, but you can easily walk a bit north or south along the sand to reach a quieter section.
