After you stay at the EverLasting SunSets #1 you’ll want to make it your vacation destination year after year! This one bedroom one bathroom Holmes Beach vacation rental sleeps three guests with one king bed and a sleeper sofa.
Recently updated, EverLasting Sunsets #1 offers a fun and fresh coastal feel with exciting colors and endless style. Find everything for the perfect beach vacation for four, or a romantic couple’s tropical retreat.
The kitchen has all the basics along with great stainless appliances including full size refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster. The cozy dinning table and the breakfast bar will seat two each.
Premium hotel quality linens are provided for both the king bed and the sleeper sofa. The living room and bedroom both offer flat screen televisions and wireless internet when you are ready to relax and unwind. The bathroom located just inside of the bedroom offers a shower/tub combo.
Enjoy relaxing conversation over a glass of wine, and dine al fresco at the patio table. Walk around back of the duplex and find the new heated swimming pool and patio area.
Just a short one block stroll takes you to the some of the best powder sand beaches the gulf coast has to offer. In the morning head over to the intracoastal side of the Island and catch sunrise on the Bay then in the evening walk to the gulf for amazing sunsets. The best of both happens on this narrow barrier Island!
Located in the Heart of Holmes Beach find shopping, dining, nightlife, entertainment and sightseeing just one block south on Bridge Street. Walk over to Gulf Drive and hop on the free trolley to explore the rest of Anna Maria Island. One parking space is available.

Yes we do provide a starter kit of Toilet Paper in each bathroom. We do not provide any cleaning supplies.

However, if upon arrival you find there are chairs, etc. then you are welcome to enjoy them. Some guests leave items behind and some owners will purchase an inventory of fun beach equipment a few times a year.
Too often these items get left behind on the beach, broken, etc. so there really is no way for us to know what is there from week to week. We suggest you check in, take a look around the property to see what is there that you would like to use and then if you feel you want something extra pick it up at a local shop or rent just about anything from Fun and More or Beach Bum’s (info below).
