From your first step through the white picket fence of BG’s Bungalow, you will find yourself engulfed in your perfect beach getaway! This beach cottage style home is perfectly nestled on the north end of the Anna Maria Island with direct beach access to the pristine white sandy beaches of Bean Point right across the street. This home has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a bonus room and can accommodate up to 8 guests. This home offers an unparalleled amount of outdoor living space for entertaining and relaxing! There is an upstairs balcony so you and your guests can enjoy the sunset and the downstairs porch area offers a quiet and relaxing place to enjoy your morning coffee.

Step through the door and you will feel right at home with all the furnishings and decorations you could want. Cozy seating area, dining room table, kitchen counter seating options, and kitchen area offer a great space to catch up and enjoy your meals and watch your favorite movies. The natural light in this space when you open the blinds will provide you with a true island experience! Through the French doors off the living room, you will find your private pool with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower and a seating table for 4. The propane grill and screened in outdoor kitchen area right off the pool offers guests a great entertaining space! The screened in area has another table for 4, a sink and counter area, as well as a small flatscreen TV. In the back of the home there is a small fire pit!

The downstairs area of this home contains the oversized master bedroom and bathroom with a large walk-in closet, as well as two other bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each with their own King bed. Off the master bedroom there is access to the porch through the French Doors. The washer and dryer are also downstairs off the kitchen, making doing laundry a breeze! The kitchen provides guests all the amenities they need to feel at home including all stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops.

Head upstairs and you will find two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom contains a bunk bed, small flatscreen TV. There is access to the upstairs porch through this bedroom – a great spot to wind down and catch a glimpse of the sunset. There is also a full bedroom with a King bed with an attached full bathroom.

This home offers you and your guests a full island experience. You are steps away from the beach path and a short drive away from Rod N Reel Pier where you can rent some rods and try to catch dinner or enjoy the views and grab a bite to eat while overlooking Tampa Bay! Always be on the lookout for manatees and dolphins! Another short drive away is The City Pier and Pine Avenue that offers an array of shopping and dining options for everyone! You are also able to access the free island trolley here that goes as far south as Coquina Beach on the south end of the island.

Please be sure to obey all traffic laws and be sure you are parking in a permitted area if parking on the streets. If you park in a non-parking zone or against traffic, you will be ticketed.

Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:

7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)

10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)

The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.
