The extra large sparkling pool area offers a complete screened, caged lanai for evening and all day enjoyment. Or sit out by the canal and watch for manatees or dolphins. Q:Please let me know if we can book this property jan-feb (possibly - March) 2023? What is the total price and breakdown? Is the area quiet? Looking for peaceful out of the touristy area for quality sleep and work from home during daytime. Any long term discount appreciated. Just two of us. We are in Bradenton now through Feb if you have more than one suggestion and could even allow us to view a property or two. If we could be on a more open body of water, that would be awesome. Our vacation properties during our winter months (Jan-Mar) will allow for “First Right of Refusal” for guests staying 21 nights or longer in 2021. They will have until halfway through their stay to decide if they would like to return. Please check back with us after March for a list of deadlines and pricing.
You may call us toll free, 877-778-6066 and we can secure your reservation for properties that have been released or passed the deadline. We collect a 25% down payment at the time of booking with MasterCard, Visa or Discover. The final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, payable by personal checks, debits directly from your checking/savings account or credit cards
