The north end of Anna Maria Island is one of the quietest and most coveted areas of our lovely little barrier island. So when we say this holiday rental has a prime location, we really mean it. You’re right in the heart of Anna Maria Island’s favorite shopping and dining along Pine Ave and this vacation duplex sits halfway between the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay. You’ll have less than three blocks to travel either way – barely enough time for the sunscreen to sink in. Please note that while there is a pool on the premises, only the upper level has access to it.


The ground level unit of this vacation duplex features charming, French style front doors to allow plenty of warm, welcoming sunshine in the living room. (2) Bedroom, (1) Bath, accommodates up to (6) people: 1 Queen, 2 Twin, 1 Sleeper Sofa.


Up to six guests can sleep comfortable in this two bedroom, one bathroom property thanks to a sleeper sofa. All the furnishings are Tommy Bahama style, bringing a playful but luxurious island flavor to your vacation. Things might be simpler on island time, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have a taste for the finer things. In fact, those little touches of indulgence are found throughout both sides of the duplex, from extra wide flat screens in the living room and lounge to updated appliances in the kitchen. Both properties also have their own internet connection to help you keep in touch with everyone back home while providing a strong, private signal for guests who need to work during their stay. The A-side if outfitted with a cat-5 cable for high speed internet plugged directly into your laptop.


During your stay, make sure to enjoy a ride on the free Island Trolley that runs the length of the island to Bradenton Beach, passing through Holmes Beach which sits in the center of this peaceful barrier island paradise. The mainland can be reached via two bridges which extend from the eastern shore towards Bradenton. The southern tip reaches out across the intercostal waterway towards Longboat Key and Sarasota. Visit St. Armand's Circle for some of the most luxurious designer shopping on the West Coast or head to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, or any of the Orlando attractions which are a 2-3 hour drive away.
