The first thing you’ll notice as you pull up to Anna Maria Cottage is a charming path to the front door and 2 massive coconut palm trees that provide a natural archway leading to the home’s covered wrap-around porch. Through the front door, you’ll encounter a cozy living room featuring a flat screen TV, a large loveseat, and three armchairs. Not only this, but you’ll notice the stunning dark hardwood floors that flow throughout the home. The calm color scheme and charming beach décor make Anna Maria Cottage bright, airy, and homey.

The kitchen, which offers updated stainless-steel appliances, has abundant counterspace, beautiful white cabinetry, and is naturally lit by several windows and a door with access to the backyard. Just parallel to the kitchen is the dining room. It features a charming rustic table, seating for 6, and its beachy decorations sit in unique in-wall shelving.

In addition to its beautiful interior, Anna Maria Cottage’s backyard fulfills any vacationer’s dream. The entirety of the backyard is covered in pavers, except from where the incredible variety of palm trees grow. The private heated pool offers guests an in-water, covered seating area. Lounge chairs surround the pool and are shaded by the beautiful palms. Additionally, this rental offers a separate, but indoor tropical cabana bar with an open window and bar seating. Adjacent to the bar is a huge picnic table and sizable deck area that is connected to the house. Anna Maria Cottage also has 4 bikes, beach chairs, bocce ball and paddle ball.

This home offers a full package of amenities. In addition to those mentioned above, it is steps away from Holmes Beach and a few minutes’ walk to Pine Avenue and all the local shops and eateries northern Anna Maria has to offer. 

***Please note: parking for Anna Maria Cottage is located in the rear of the property. To access the parking area and the garage, you must drive one street North of Magnolia Avenue. While this street does not have a street sign, it is an official drive through and is located at the next immediate left, after you pass Magnolia Avenue. After turning left on the alley, continue to drive straight, past the yellow "Slow Children" sign, you will see the back entrance of Anna Maria Cottage to your left. Here, you can conveniently park 4 cars as well as utilize the one car garage. You may exit through Spring Lane, a one-way street, but you cannot enter this way*

 This pet-friendly property allows up to 2 dogs, with a weight limit of 70lbs each.

Please be sure to obey all traffic laws and be sure you are parking in a permitted area if parking on the streets. If you park in a non-parking zone or against traffic, you will be ticketed.
