Coral Castle, Holmes Beach Vacation Rental

This isn’t the Golden Girls vacation!

Six friends, three from preschool and adding three more from Jr. High all turning 50. What could go wrong? NOTHING! This was the perfect get away and home for us all to come together from different states. The location was just right, the house itself was beyond perfect for all six ladies and the island offered plenty of options.

The house and pool were both very clean, spacious and relaxing. Spending the day in the sun floating around the pool, laughing, talking, a few adult beverages, bringing up old memories and making new ones. The week away from work and everyday reality was exactly what was needed for all. We are looking forward to our next group gathering. Anna Maria Island and Coral Castle are on our list!

Unforgettable family memories!

What's not to love here?! A fabulous location across from Holmes Beach (a family favorite), a perfect dock for our pontoon boat, 5 bedrooms that work great for a party of adults (all Queen and King beds), a stop for the free island trolley conveniently located a few steps from the front door, a well kept relaxing pool with a nice blend of sun and shade throughout the day and the MANATEES!

Such a relaxing, inviting home full of amenities to make your stay so fun and memorable! We hope to return another time!

Family Christmas get together!!

What an amazing and beautiful home! Our family of eight could not have been happier!! One from Las Vegas, two from Minneapolis, two from Indianapolis, two from Terre Haute and one from Fort Lauderdale. We saw a lot of manateesfrom the dock. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and free trolley. Awesome hosts!!!

Loved this house and location

We loved this house, the pool, the hot tub and we were most excited about the all day entertainment of the many manatees swimming and playing right in front of our dock. What a joy they were, just feet from our dock. The house is beautiful and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and cozy, good sized rooms far enough apart so we all had privacy. We want to come again next year!

Great location with everything you could want.

Great spot, we saw bald eagles and Manatees from the dock. Charter boats were able to pick us up right at the house. The whole family enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. So close to the Beach we could go for sunset cocktails nightly. I would recommend this location to any family for a great stay!

Beautiful, peaceful spot.

Great place to stay on AMI

Lovely, spacious house with a lot to offer. The pool/spa were in good working order and welcomed us home every afternoon. We rented a boat and were fortunate to have the dock right behind the house. A highly recommended spot for a larger group that wants comfort and amenities.

Florida stay on Anna Maria Island

Family Vacation

We truly enjoyed every moment of vacation and staying at Coral Castle. The home is beautiful, it had everything we needed to enjoy our Vacation.. The views were amazing. My boys enjoyed fishing and watching the manatees of the dock. The pool and spa was absolutely perfect after a day at the beach or exploring the island.

Coral Castle - perfection at Holmes Beach!

This is our second trip to the Coral Castle but it won’t be our last! This home is perfectly configured for my family and we love being on the beautiful canal (we saw manatees almost everyday), we love the heated pool and HOT hot tub, and we love having a very short walk to the beach. The free island trolley stops right in front of the house and the grocery store is a couple of blocks away. The house is well-equipped with beach towels, pool and beach toys, beach carts and chairs, lots of deck chairs and outdoor eating space, and kitchen necessities. What’s not to like??? Coming to Anna Maria Island? Stay at the Coral Castle!! You won’t be disappointed!

Loved our stay

Wonderful location with a beautiful pool and hot tub right on the water. We had everything we needed for a family vacation for two young families (including beach toys and baby gates!) Viewing manatees from our dock was a huge bonus! Loved our stay and the memories made!

Absolutely perfect.

Such an amazing house with endless amenities and the perfect central island location! We just finished a weeks stay with family and close friends. The private dock was perfect for our 22 foot pontoon boat. The house was less than half a mile from both shops we rented our golf cart and paddle boards from. The private pool, spa, deck for fishing in the canal, covered balconies on every level of the house, sunrise over the canal, sunset on the beach - perfect! We highly recommend Coral Castle. You won't be disappointed! We will be back.

Outstanding property. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Coral castle last week and it was amazing. Even better than the pictures. We've rented villas in various countries and this place is the best by far. The day we arrived we walked out onto the deck and there were manatees just in front of us! They were there all week. The pool area is perfect for relaxing with plenty of chairs and loungers. The garage has everything you'll ever need for the pool and beach. Inflatables, deckchairs, umbrellas and a beach trolley. Manatee beach is a two min walk across the road.

The inside of the house is huge. Comfy beds, plenty of seating and a very well equipped kitchen. If we get the chance to go back to Anna Marie island, we'll definitely stay here again.

Beautiful

This rental was so beautiful and very clean. It was so big too (pics don’t do justice). The rooftop patio was very neat. The canal was so entertaining. I fell in love with the manatees. Watching them play never gets old, and they were there everyday without fail. There were fishing rods, pool noodles, beach chairs, mats, buggies, and plenty of beach towels. The bathrooms were well stocked with bath towels and cloths. The kitchen was awesome as well. There is even a separate “bar” area with a fridge for drinks. We kept our drinks, cups, coolers, and koozies there which helped to keep the kitchen/dining area neat/uncluttered. With three families, that was a challenge pretty well accomplished! I didn’t look at the other bedrooms aside from the upper floor king and queen. I let my kids stay in the king only because the closet space and chest of drawers was so much more plentiful in the queen. I didn’t feel jipped though lol. The bed was super comfy. The bathrooms had hand soap too! The checkout instructions were the easiest of any rental I have ever stayed at as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic house, exceeding our high expectations.

We were a family of 8 spending a week in the house. The house was perfect for us. The four kids had their own part of the house with two bedrooms and the parents had their own floor with two spacious bedrooms. The house was very clean and in a "mint" condition. The pool as well as the hot tub was great and the sun chairs on the deck were used extensively (and there were chairs enough for all 8 of us). All bedrooms had their own balcony and there was even a roof top balcony with a great view.

On the amenities, everything worked just fine, except for the dish washer that was a bit inefficient. The wi-fi network work flawlessly.

If you think of renting this house, we can highly recommend it. Please be aware though, that there are stairs to get from the street level to the kitchen area and even more (steep) stairs to get to second pair of bedrooms. The location is fantastic, with a short walk to a great beach and close to a Publix grocery store.The canal next to the house is also nice, not to swim in but to watch manatees.

All in all, a great house we can highly recommend.

Great house, great location

First time to Anna Maria Island. We had a great family vacation. Plenty to do for everyone. The dock worked great for launching paddle boards. Pool was awesome, amazing views.

Great vacation!

This was a perfect house for our family for a winter-time getaway! The quick walk to the white sand beaches; the beautiful pool and spa area; kayaking and paddle-boarding off the convenient back dock; and enjoying the view of the canal and wild life while dining on the back deck, all added up to an unforgettable vacation! The house was very clean, the kitchen was well-appointed!v Would definitely rent again!

Our first time was great!

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island. Our family has gone to Sanibel Island yearly for 30+ years, but were unable to go this year (hurricane). This visit may cause us to change our Florida location for our family vacations to AMI!

Outside Oasis

We rented this home for Spring break with another family. It exceeded our expectations. Everything was up to our standards. The pool area was amazing and the home was very clean and well kept. Thank you for a memorable spring break.
