The kitchen at this Anna Maria Island vacation rental is beautiful with custom tile countertops, gorgeous matching appliances including dishwasher, small appliances and all the basic necessities for creating meals. New kitchen upgrades made Spring 2017!  The kitchen has been completely remodelled with new smart cooker, microwave, double door refrigerator with drinks and ice dispenser. There are fitted modern hi gloss cabinets, with soft open drawers, and a new tiled floor. The new work surface is made from recycled glass and crystal, uniquely inset with jewels of color. The bar area features new mirrored glass pendant light fittings."

Great Time

"Our family really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very tastefully designed, and in top condition, all the bedding, utensils, furniture were of a top quality and that's a key thing when you're renting a place. The Pool was fantastic, very private, and mainly we had it to ourselves. It was just a few yards walk through the back garden. The local directions and information the owners provided about Holmes Beach and AMI were really helpful. We followed their advice and rented bikes for the whole family, cycled to the North Point, the piers, and down to the supermarket and main beach area. The beach is just a couple of blocks away and fantastic to walk on at either end of the day,a nd we spent whole days there using the trolley and chairs we found in the garage. The whole area felt safe, relaxed and the neighbours were friendly with plenty of waves and hellos. Overall we had a really good time and we felt we were in the hands of homeowners who really love their house, the area and most importantly wanted us to be relaxed and enjoy ourselves. "

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS CONCERNING THIS PROPERTY

If we are to book North Beach Village unite #40, how much do we have to have at the time of booking. What is your payment structure?

$250 at time of booking, remaining 25% within 7 days.  Final balance due within 60 days of arrival. 

I have reserved this property for 5 weeks, starting on Feb 25, 2017. Is there a beach cart or wagon available for guest use? Is there a cooler or coolers? Is the grill gas or charcoal?

This condo does have beach chairs, a wagon and a cooler.  There is also a gas grill!

How far of a walk is it to the beach? Is there a trolly that comes through the village? We have stayed in this complex before, however, we cut through places we were not suppose to.

The closest beach access is on 65th street. You can cut through the NBV resort to Gulf Drive and head to the North to this access.

The trolley runs along Gulf Drive.
