While on a quiet street you still have the benefit of being close enough to shops and restaurants and most importantly the beach! You can even bring your four-legged friend as this unit is dog-friendly! Pet Fee $250/pet Plus Tax.

This unit features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms as well as a new private heated pool that is shared with unit 1 of the property. The unit is just a short 5-7 minute stroll to the world-renowned beautiful Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island. A convenient location close to the heart of Holmes Beach is the perfect choice for vacationers to relax and unwind when visiting Anna Maria Island with local restaurants and shops within walking distance. Park in the driveway and discover your surroundings with a bike ride or hop on the free trolley to explore the 7-mile island. Fish off the Rod & Reel Pier, browse Pine Avenue's fabulous boutiques and galleries, and enjoy a variety of laid-back dining options while visiting!

The Haven Unit 2:
The entrance is located in the front of the property and offers a split floor plan. This unit boasts brand new air conditioning units as well as high-speed internet for your comfort and convenience. The living room features a large smart tv with all your streaming needs and a comfortable sitting area to relax after a day in the sun! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make your favorite home-cooked meals.

The master bedroom offers a King-size bed as well as a half bathroom, bedroom 2 offers Twin beds and the living room offers a sleeper sofa sleeping a total of 6 guests.

This unit has high-speed internet for your comfort and convenience. You will enjoy the tropical landscaping throughout the fenced backyard completing your vacation experience. The backyard oasis is perfect for when you just want to relax, lounge around the pool, soak up the Florida sunshine, and let your cares melt away. After spending a full day on the beach extend your fun with the poolside ambiance when the pool lights turn on in the evenings. The tropical and private outdoor spaces allow you to make the most of all your holiday time on Anna Maria Island.

The outside pool area, although shared between the 2 units does offer separation. Unit 2 side offers 3 lounge chairs as well as an additional table to sit or eat at when enjoying the beautiful outdoors on Anna Maria Island.

Included at this property are bikes, beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach wagon for your convenience.

*This property is a duplex and the pool is shared with unit 1.

*There is a 1-bedroom and 1 bath duplex right next door, that can be booked in conjunction with unit 2. With both properties, you will expand the entire property to a 3-bedroom and 2.5 baths tropical oasis for an extended family that will sleep up to 10. These two units DO NOT connect on the inside in any way.

*Washer and dryer is available and shared between the two units.
