The view far exceeded our expectations. Overall great vacation would definitely stay at this residence again.- Jon M , Posted:
Beautiful view that can't be beat.
The location and views were beautiful, and we used the pool every day. We saw dolphins and manatees! It was private yet close to town and the shopping, going for ice cream and visiting piers. This property has so much going for it with a location that is unbelievably beautiful!!- Laurie V , Posted:
You won't regret staying here. The views, the weather, and the wild life are second to none. We've stayed on the island 5-6 times and by far this place is the best. The only downer to it is if you like to cook you will have to bring just about everything little thing you need. Not equipped with a lot of supplies. All that to say the location makes up for it!!- Mark , Posted:
Our family enjoyed this property very much. Thanks to the owners!- jeannie G , Posted:
Everything was very clean and enjoyable! The view was like no other. We look forward to renting this home next year for our family vacation. 10/10 recommend.- Glenn , Posted:
Ladies weekend getaway
Beautiful view, open concept, very clean property. We could not figure how to get warm water and the property management was there within the hour. We will come back. Our recommendation for a even more perfect stay: provide chairs by pool, floats, canvas over a part of pool, information on where to park for beach, take out menus and a few extra towles.- Kathy W , Posted:
Amazing views !
House is right on the bay with a beautiful sunrise every morning!- Julie , Posted:
Perfect bay home
Our family of five and two grandparents enjoyed a week at this beautiful property. We loved having the pool and hot tub right out the back door and the beautiful view of the water. We took our jet ski and it was the perfect location close to the boat ramp. It is a very private location without all of the crowds. When you arrive you walk through lush tropical garden to approach the front entry. You step into the main living/dining area, with two bedrooms to the left and one bedroom on the right. Also, to the right is a spiral staircase that leads to a huge master suite with amazing views. There are a few small chairs in the garage if you need extra on the pool deck. We took additional chairs to have for lying out beside the pool. The pool itself is a very nice size. Plenty of room for kids to have floats. The garage is also great to store any fishing gear or park in if needed. The washing machine and dryer were great to have and keep towels and clothes clean. There was also a large enough area for two large SUV’s and the jet ski to be safely parked in the driveway. We would definitely return to stay at the location. We love AMI and this was a great location.- Misty L , Posted:
On the dock of the bay
Great location on the north side of the island if you like the sunrises of the bay side. Beach easily accessible if you rent a golf cart and learn the access points. We saw dolphins, manatees and a ton of wildlife right off the back porch of the property. The house was clean and a seriously fun stay. Neighborhood was quiet. Definitely looking fwd to staying here again.- Jason B , Posted:
A relaxing getaway from the snow
This was a last-minute booking, after a year of no travel, us working from home, and my youngest daughter doing remote school, we decided we needed a change of scene and why not work and do school from somewhere as fabulous as Anna Maria while you can. We had never been before, but it had been on my radar. My college-age sons, were home for Christmas, and would have normally left to go back to college for the new year but decided to join us for the two weeks - so an extra bonus for us. The house was a perfect size for a family of 5. Everyone with their own room, plenty of space, and privacy. The wifi didn't quite cut it for the three of us on zoom at the same time but the management company sent someone right away to bring a wifi booster which helped. The outside furniture had no cushions, but after mentioning it, they had new cushions for us by the next day! So I would say the service from them is really top-notch and is the reason we have booked another two weeks. We really want to see what it's like in the warmer months and look forward to being able to swim in the bay. There would be a few extras I think the owners should perhaps add - like a big rug in the living room (it's a big space and feels cold and echoey without any rugs) and some beach items like beach chairs or umbrella as we are flying in and can't bring that with us. We rented bikes and rode to the beach for walks, or cocktails at the Sandbar. The master bedroom is enormous, with a walk-in closet that you could live in! Not really needed but so nice. The house is at the very end of a quiet road. There is a sushi restaurant right by us at the marina, but we never tried it. The views are really something special, and the main reason we are coming back. The location is really fabulous. The bedroom downstairs by the pool has amazing views, so would be the second favorite room and my kids are fighting over who is staying there next time. The house is a little bit dated compared to some of the fresh new ones in the area, but the location and views make up for it. Even the sweet front garden has some lovely plantings and a swing. The pool was a perfect temperature in January, which we really didn't expect! Huge bonus points! I am really excited to go back.- Danni U from Brooklyn, New York, Posted:

Q: Are beach towels and cooking utensils included? What about beach chairs?- Linda K. Posted: 09/12/2022A:
Yes, beach towels and kitchen utensils are in the home.
Unfortunately, Island Real Estate Vacations cannot guarantee there will be any beach chairs, umbrellas or toys at your vacation rental property. However, if upon arrival you find there are chairs, etc. then you are welcome to enjoy them. Some guests leave items behind and some owners will purchase an inventory of fun beach equipment a few times a year.
Too often these items get left behind on the beach, broken, etc. so there really is no way for us to know what is there from week to week. We suggest you check-in, take a look around the property to see what is there that you would like to use and then if you feel you want something extra, contact one of the companies listed in the link below:
