Property Upgrades

Island Real Estate over the years has performed more than 20 interior renovations with and without the assistance of outside Florida State General Contractors.  Jodi Nichols our Chief Operating Officer has led 100% of our Island Real Estate property upgrade projects with her first upgrade starting in 2013.  Her upgrades have been wildly successful due to her ability to repurpose materials and consolidate renovations and interior decorating tasks within one company.     

During our two year Vacation Rental management hiatus Jodi formed Jodi Nichols Interior Designs, LLC.  Jodi's company led several large and small renovations and in January 2020 agreed to partner with Island Real Estate to manage vacation rentals again as well as roll her project upgrade talents into the Island Real Estate fold where they could be used to help sell Anna Maria Island property as well as rent Anna Maria Island property.  A perfect fit for an organization such as Island Real Estate.
