This condo has tile in kitchen, dining room and baths, nice carpet in the living room, laminate floors in the bedrooms. A wall has been removed to open the kitchen to the dining room. Living room opens to the enclosed lanai. This home has been well maintained...AC replaced in 2007, water heater in 2015. New sofa and chair (Cindy Crawford) in 2022 with washable covers (also extra brand new covers for the sofa), leather chair in 2017. Condo is offered turnkey furnished. Roof is about 4-5 years old. Impact windows on the south facing windows. The layout really makes it look like larger square footage. Some owners have added a half or full bath in one of the bedrooms. The community recently replaced the fishing pier and seawall.
