Along with owner/directer Cindy Phillips, there are 6 other yoga teachers at Island Yoga Space. They offer quite a few different classes, including; Gentle Yoga, Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga Therapeutics, Basic Express Flow Yoga, and more! Island Yoga Space also does beach yoga every Saturday morning, and even has a SUP yoga class you can register to take.

Free Beach Yoga on Bradenton Beach

Anna Maria Island – Like Yoga? Love the beach? Get down to Bradenton Beach for donation based free Yoga classes. Shown to counteract inflexibility, tone and strengthen the body, and invite a sensation of peace into the mind, Yoga is only made better when it is done on the beach.

Yoga on Bradenton Beach, Anna Maria IslandEach class lasts about 30 minutes and complimentary tea is made available at ALUNA Wellness after the session to allow time to calm down and meet each other. Classes are weather permitting, so call 941-778-8400 if you are unsure of the weather. Parking is available at ALÚNA or on 23rd St. Class will take place across the street from ALÚNA. 2219 Gulf Dr. N. Bradenton Beach, FL Classes are taught by certified yoga teacher, Amanda Curl.

The next classes are taking place on Saturday December 19th, Thursday December 26th, Saturday December 28th and January 2nd. Thursday classes are at 5:00 pm, Saturdays are at 8:30 am.

We had a great time with Amanda Escobio and her team at the Grand Opening of Sea-renity Spa in Bradenton Beach.  Sea-renity focuses on Natural Health & Beauty and are located on Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach.   Sea-renity Spa offers single massage; couples massage, pedicures, full body wraps, and retail products at their new Bridge Street location.
