When you visit “The Haven” you’ll know you have found a great place to relax island style. You’ll be a short two and a half block walk from the best gulf beaches Florida has to offer on this memory maker vacation. Also being dog-friendly means that you can bring your four-legged friends along as well. Pet Fee $250/pet Plus Tax.

Also note that Unit 1 does not have central air, and instead it is cooled with window units and heated with space heaters during the colder months.

“The Haven” is a ground level 2 bedroom on one side and 1 bedroom on the other beach rental accommodating up to 8 guests. You’ll love the open main living space for entertaining your family and friends. The living room offers a flat screen television and a lovely spot to kick up your feet while enjoying the wireless internet.

In the kitchen you’ll find all the basics for preparing meals including a dishwasher. The dining area can seat all 6 guests, or seat 4 at the kitchen breakfast counter.

Off the living room you’ll find the screened lanai balcony with stairs leading into the backyard pool area. The lanai offers a dining area, plenty of seating and a bar area under the kitchen window. Open the window and you’ll be able to serve ice cold drinks straight from the kitchen!

The 1st master bedroom at “The Haven” has a King bed and a half bathroom ensuite. The 2nd master bedroom on the 1 bedroom side of the home also offers a King bed. The guest bedroom on the 2 bedroom side of the home offers 2 Twin beds. There is 1 full bathroom per side of the home as well. You’ll find  2 Queen sleeper sofas in each living room so groups up to 8 can spread out comfortably together or separate.

You will absolutely love the tropical oasis backyard at “The Haven”! Enjoy the heated pool, lush landscape and great outdoor lounging space. Catch some sun in the lounge chairs, or relax in the hammock. Cook up a feast on the propane grills while the rest of the family enjoys the pool including the splash area/in pool sundeck.

Additional amenities in this Anna Maria Island vacation rental include parking for up to three vehicles, a washer/dryer, and bikes!

When you are ready to explore Anna Maria Island just walk over to the nearby free trolley stops. Find northbound stops on Palm Drive and southbound stops on Gulf Drive. Anna Maria Island has tons of fun activities, shopping, dining and sightseeing opportunities to try out!
