I thought Island Real Estate was awesome! Communication was great, key pick up was easy, and you were able to give us a little later check out time which was great. I don’t remember names but both ladies I spoke with were very friendly - a pleasure to deal with. We loved Anna Maria Island Club the location, the pool, the cleanliness were all great. The things that would have made it even better would have been a Keurig and some beach chairs/umbrella, but overall we were happy with the condo.

Perfect family vacation
Perfect location for our summer getaway during the pandemic. Condo was spacious and very clean. The balcony was really nice with ocean views as well as a bay view. It had everything we needed. The oceanfront location made it easy to spend the day on the beach with plenty of room for us to social distance. The pool and spa were great too. There is a convenience store across the street for essentials and a really good Italian restaurant. There is also a trolley stop right out front if you want to venture to other areas of the island. We got groceries delivered using Instacart.

Pool and Spa Guidelines
Use pool area at your own risk.
Before entering please ask yourself if you have any of the following symptoms. If you have or have had any of these symptoms or have been around anyone with them within the last 14 days, DO NOT ENTER THE POOL AREA:
- Feverish or chills
- Dry cough or difficulty breathing
- Stomach troubles, diarrhea, stomach pain or feeling sick to your stomach
- Have you or do you have a temperature of 100 degrees or higher
- Are you or anyone you are taking care of ill?
It is your responsibility to stay up to date on all CDC recommendations that apply to this area.
You must keep the 6’ social distancing guideline during use.
No more than 10 people can be in the pool area at one time. This includes the pool area and pool combined.
The spa will remain closed.
Pool furniture has been secured and will be unusable. Please bring your own chair if you wish.
Restroom usage may also be restricted.
Pool is for the use of Owners and Renters only. No outside guest will be allowed to use the pool at this time. We ask that if your unit is rented at capacity that you please have courtesy for those other residents onsite and limit your time at the pool as well as the number of people from your unit that is utilizing the pool so that everyone can enjoy.
Pool and pool area may be closed again with little to no notice should the need arise.
Please note that the pool and pool area are continually being monitored.
Q:Hello, are there any beach chair / deck chair on the Beach?- Staff S. Posted: 06/10/2020A:No, the condo does not provide loungers for the beach.There are loungers available for the pool but none for the beach.Most condos on the island do not supply chairs since we are very turtle friendly and want all items to be up off the beach.
Q:Does unit 40 include a hair dryer?- Staff S. Posted: 06/10/2020A:Yes there is a hairdryer available.
Q:My wife and I are interested in renting one of the beachfront 2 bedroom condos for the month of February 2024. Are there any units available? We liked the set up of Unit 22. How much would it cost?- Donald R. Posted: 02/12/2023A:We only manage unit 40, we do not have information on any other units in this complex.
