4BR/4BA Duplex -- VERY close to the beach!
Long occupied by annual tenants, this ground-level duplex is in good shape, but could benefit from some ‘freshening,’ especially if one considers using it as a vacation rental. It is a front-and-back configuration, placed on a 58-foot-wide lot so there’s a nice courtyard on the front-door side. A new roof was installed in 2014. The front unit has a separate exit to the off-street parking area; the back unit has a screen porch attached, and a stacked washer/dryer. Otherwise, they are the same floor plan, simply reversed. Inside are terrazzo floors in great shape, nicely proportioned living/dining areas, and efficient kitchens. This could become a single family home, or continue its use as a rental property, annual or seasonal. It is possible that there is room for a pool. Prospective owners should contact Holmes Beach officials regarding new vacation rental regulations, if that is their intended use. The location is quite near the sugar-sands of Anna Maria Island, just one block from a convenient beach access and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping and all the fun things to do on this vacation paradise.
