Anna Maria Island has been through a major disaster and will need time and patience to get back to her former glory. While access to Anna Maria Island will be allowed for vacation renters soon, there are still areas where it is not safe or is closed completely for everyone including some roads. ALL BEACHES ON AMI ARE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC DUE TO SAFETY CONDITIONS, for the time being. Also, some shops and restaurants have closed and may not reopen, which is heartbreaking.
Our beautiful island has taken a catastrophic hit that has devastated our community and will take time to recover. In light of this the city of Holmes Beach (not Anna Maria City or Bradenton Beach) has placed a moratorium on vacation rentals until November 16th. During this time of consideration, we are asking our guests to reschedule your vacation on AMI. If your dates are flexible and you are able to arrive at a later date to give our community time to recover from Hurricane Helene, we would be grateful to have your continued support. If rescheduling isn't an option, we will happily provide a full refund and hope to regain your business in the future.
Your business is important to us, and we appreciate your kindness and understanding. Please check here for further updates.
