Born in St. John’s Newfoundland, Canada, Frank came to Anna Maria Island by way of Rochester, NY. An Air Force veteran, and Rochester Institute of Technology graduate, he spent the early years of his professional career as a successful executive and entrepreneur in upstate New York. With the sale of another profitable business venture, he and his wife JoAdele, relocated to Florida and opened the Harrington House Bed & Breakfast in Holmes Beach in 1989. Frank continued with his entrepreneurial endeavors when he purchased Island Real Estate. As the owner and broker of Island Real Estate, Frank has put his decades of business and real estate experience to use creating the most successful agency on the Island. He has been an active member of the local business community and has held multiple leadership positions. He continues to develop projects in the area, including the beautiful Gulf Front property at Vista Grande. Proud husband for more than 45 years and father to two sons, Frank is happy to welcome you to the Island Real Estate family, and will put his expertise to work for you.
