  1. Visit an Anna Maria Island vacation rental on the beach. – This is the best way to visit Anna Maria Island!
  2. Eat a burger from both Duffy’s and Skinny’s. Locals are divided about the best burger on island, so find out for yourself.
  3. Rent a golf cart and ride to the beach.
  4. Go Dolphin watching with a boat tour.
  5. Catch sunrise and sunset on the same day. Since the island is narrow this is easy to do.
  6. Stroll along all three piers.
  7. Visit the Historical Society and the Old City Jail.
  8. Swim at all the popular beach spots – Coquina Beach, Manatee Public Beach and Bean Point.
  9. Visit Westcoast Surf Shop in Holmes Beach. This is one of the oldest surf shops in the state.
  10. Take a Segway tour along Coquina Beach.
  11. Bike ride over the Manatee Bridge.
