Walking tour of the layout: As you enter the foyer and go up the first staircase of the home you will find a powder room straight ahead with a full sized washer and dryer available for your use hidden behind a pocket door. To the left of the staircase, you will find the spacious living room, kitchen and dining room with a great balcony. Through the French doors off of the living room and dining room, there is a large balcony that overlooks the pool area. To the right of the staircase you will find your first master suite with a king size bed and a master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub as well as a walk in shower. There is also an elevator for your convenience that leads you from the foyer up to the second living level of the home.
Up the stairs to the second living level, straight ahead you will find a den with a queen sized sleeper sofa that can also be used as an additional bedroom.
