Just steps off the patio there is a private heated pool for you and your guests to enjoy! A wonderful private swimming pool, outdoor seating, and outdoor shower make this a fabulous backyard. The gas grill is located here as well for a great BBQ night. The free standing hot tub is not for guest use...owner use only.
Ample parking is available with the attached two car garage and off-street parking close to the home. Don't forget to bring your furry family member. Spacious Oasis is dog friendly. There is a non-refundable fee of $250.00 plus tax per dog up to 50 lbs. are welcome. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.
Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. VRC19-000153
