AMI Bring It! – Anna Maria Island Food Delivery Service

People come from all over the world to see Anna Maria Island so we make sure to not disappoint. Our beaches speak for themselves; it’s nothing but blue skies over sands like powdered confectioner’s sugar. And when it comes to the food, you’ll find very few chain restaurants on this seven mile stretch of paradise. Food always tastes better on the beach and when it’s coming from well loved, local businesses.

But admittedly, not a lot of small town businesses offer delivery service. They’re focusing on making your breakfast, lunch, or dinner simply delicious. AMI Bring It fills a major void for visitors and natives alike. No one wants to spend precious time on their holiday driving around to get food that could be delivered to their front door. Right now, delivery services are available for dinner only from 5pm to 9pm. But let’s be honest, when you spend all day in a state of sun drenched bliss on the beach, coming home to hot food at the end of the day is just what you need.

AMI Bring It LogoThere are menus from a few local favorites, such as The Waterfront Restaurant on the website. But whatever it is you’re craving, AMI Bring It can do just what the name promises. Fresh, chilled sushi or hot, fragrant Indian food and everything in between can be hand delivered to you in Anna Maria City, Bradenton Beach, and Holmes Beach. Ordering options are available online or over the phone and all major credit cards are accepted.

It’s about time we had a delivery service for getting all our delectable local fare to people’s dining room tables. AMI Bring It is sure to prove one of those aspects of island life we never realized we were always missing. For more information or to put in an order, you can visit http://www.amibringit.com or give them a call at 941-209-1353. Also be sure to check out their Facebook for updates and upcoming food reviews.

Let’s take just one familiar scenario of life on island time. It’s the end of a warm day, with a balmy tropical breeze rustling through the palm and mangrove trees, and the kids are still not ready to get out of the pool. There are cannonballs to be done and Marco Polo scores to settle. Dinnertime is NOW; the kids have to be fed and so do you.

But the sky is just starting to fade into that golden stain of sunset. And you would rather just open some beer or wine and stretch out on a lounge chair to enjoy it. Now, thanks to AMI Bring It, you don’t have to miss a single sunset. Or maybe you live and work on Anna Maria and it’s the middle of season – coming home and starting dinner is the last thing you want to do. And after giving visitors your favorite restaurant recommendations all day, you started to get some cravings yourself. You just can’t get the idea of a hot, golden grouper sandwich off your mind.

Anna Maria has a talent for taking the decadent (sometimes overwhelming) luxury of major tourist cities and making it work for the island lifestyle. There are no high rise hotels on the island, but plenty of once in a lifetime vacation homes to getaway to.  And there are two things that all visitors to Anna Maria Island care about and those are peaceful, pristine beaches and mouthwatering local fare. Now one is convenient to get to as the other! AMI Bring It looks forward to bringing you all the favorite flavors of Anna Maria. Food tastes better on the beach – all you need to do is pick up the phone and let them know where to find you.

Anna Maria Donuts on Pine Avenue!

Anna-Maria-DonutsQuick! What’s the best thing about being on vacation? Not just a vacation on Anna Maria Island, there’s no easy, single answer to that – sunning on the pristine beaches, laid-back accommodations, the friendly community. That list could go on forever with no clear front runner.  But the best thing about being on vacation anywhere else can be summed up in one word: indulgence. It’s about saying that you can, should, and are allowed to treat yourself. And now there’s a new place for a touch of sweetness on our seven mile stretch of paradise: Anna Maria Donuts!

Decked out in whimsical sea green walls with vintage chic seating, Anna Maria Donuts is owned by a new member of the neighborhood, Shawn Wampole who has just moved to Florida from Pennsylvania with his lovely wife and three children. With guidance from Mike Coleman and the Pine Ave Restoration website, the former policeman and his family started on construction in July and just opened up earlier this month.
