7302 Palm Drive. As 1st time visitors to AMI, we were quite impressed by the helpfulness and service we received from Island Real Estate, both prior to and during our visit. The cottage was exactly as described and shown in the photos. There were a great number of amenities that came with the rental that I wish we had known about prior to our trip, as it would have cut down on what we hauled down (Grill, Beach Chairs)! It was well appointed and roomier than we had anticipated. Even though it sits on Palm, it is removed enough to feel like you\'re in a quiet neighborhood. An easy walk to the beach, made easier with the provided beach cart. One \"complaint\" is that the carpets really were in needed of a good cleaning. One last bit of advise. Rent Bikes!!!! This unit is perfectly situated to allow you an easy bike ride to either the shops and restaurants on Pine as well as the stores in Holmes Beach. We decided to rent the unit again for the following year before we had even left! |
