Starfish Beach Cottage #4 is a totally renovated condo unit at 2913 Avenue E in Holmes Beach. This decorator furnished two bedrooms and two baths holiday condo is gorgeous and features high speed internet, upgraded furnishings and appliances. There is a private patio off the guest bedroom and a wraparound patio off of the main bedroom. No amenity has been forgotten. The brand new heated pool is surrounded by tropical, native landscaping. Local artists' work adorns every wall and creates an interesting and wonderful island hideaway. Best of all, the beach is less than a minute's stroll down a quiet, residential street. Shopping and restaurants less than a five minute walk. You may not even need a car! This is understandably a very popular condo, so please book early. Don't miss out on this one!

The location of the property is fantastic and it was very comfortable for the three of us. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very generous and the kitchen was much better equipped than the previous rental we had.

Island Real Estate staff was excellent in all areas. The apartment received an A+ in all areas of cleanliness in the bathroom, kitchen, and overall. Supplies such as dishes and cookware were all good.

I loved the cottage- well laid-out, excellent fridge, stove etc., A/C worked, bed comfortable AND it was close to the beach. Grounds and pool people were daily giving the place attention, and the grounds were lovely. Lots of private space with chairs and tables. Very quiet for folks who like to go to bed early. Close to Publix- could walk!
