Lushly Landscaped Two Bedroom Pool Duplex is filled with extras to ensure your family has a fantastic time on Anna Maria Island. There are no streets to cross as the beach rental is West of Gulf Drive and only 200 footsteps to the white sands of Anna Maria City. Comfortable seating for six at the dinner table. The Living Room boasts a 42" Plasma as well as an XBox 360 with DVD/CD player. The Master Bedroom has a King bed that can be separated into two twins and has its own 19" Television with DVD player. The guest Bedroom has twin beds with an armoire and a TV with DVD player.
The heated pool is shared with the three bedroom property attached and does have a gate which works well for multi-family fun to use the decking system to easily walk from the East to West Unit. The Pool Sun Deck has been doubled to ensure small toddlers can share in the fun while swimming. The 12' X 8' Sun Deck area has less than six inches of water and 4 fountains can be turned on which create fountains out of the floor of the sun deck and small children just have a blast playing with the fountains all day long. In addition, a large rock pool side also creates a 3-4' extra water feature into the pool. Lets not forget the extra large 5' tall waterfall with a 1 ton rock on the top creating the tropical waterfall feature with plenty of seating for everyone. Sit by the pool and let the lush landscaping and waterfall lull you into the relaxation you have been looking for on your holiday. There is a covered area which provides an outdoor living room fully screened. The area boasts more than 25' X 40' which creates outdoor living that the entire family can enjoy. A gas grill through the back screen door makes it easy to barbecue dinner. Please note, the pool is on the West side of the property.
