Walk to some of the island's best bars and restaurants, or use our 6-passenger golf cart on site. With a year-round heated pool and spa, gorgeous new renovation, and a perfect location, this property has it all! The beach is a short 2-minute walk.

The space:
The smooth sounds of the mid-70s and 80s by the likes of Hall and Oates, Michael McDonald, & Steely Dan stir up images of sailing the open seas with cocktail-wielding, ascot-donning party goers, and serve as the inspiration for the Yacht Rock Ranch!

Yacht Rock Ranch is a single-level ranch home with no stairs anywhere. The second living room serves as a bonus room with a Trundle bed. This space also features a wet bar and fridge.

To access the 4th bedroom and bonus room/second living room, you'll need to walk through the bunk bedroom, or access that side of the home from the outside through the private entrance on the south side of the house. This property was originally built as a duplex, offering excellent privacy. The Bunk bedroom is perfect for children as it's located in the center of the house with no access to the pool. All pool doors are alarmed.

The property has 3 driveways and can easily fit 4 cars. Use our 6-passenger luxury golf cart to get anywhere on the island easily and in style! This new 2021 gas-powered EZ-GO is much nicer than what you'll find at rental shops!

The pool is heated *year-round* to 87 degrees at no charge, and the hot tub heats up quickly to 101 degrees.

To be eligible for a refund, less our $250 cancellation fee, guests must cancel in writing outside 60 days from arrival. Please click link for full policy.

The City of Holmes Beach required language: "You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.
