Updated with new floors, a new kitchen, and fun beachy decor- there's plenty of room to let the family spread out. Blue Gulf waters and spectacular sunsets are just a .3-mile walk away. Restaurants and shopping are less than a half mile away, and the grocery store is less than a mile away. You'll find the free AMI trolley stop at the end of the block, where you can catch a ride to stops all over the island. Shopping, dining, live music, .... you'll be spoiled with choices to fill your vacation days.
The updated kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bedrooms are all bright and cheerful. The first and second bedrooms each have a King bed, the 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds and 4th bedroom has Twin bunk beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and TVs. Enjoy a heated pool and spa in your private oasis, with both a fence and landscaping to create the perfect tropical retreat right in your backyard. Make sure to bring your bathing suit and flip-flops!
Per County Code Mandates:
-You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours begin at 10pm.
-Minimum rental period is 7 nights.
-Maximum occupancy is 8 people, including children and infants.
-There are 2 exterior security cameras at the property. 1 at the front entrance and the other faces the driveway
