Sea Breeze Sands is a fabolous three story vacation home sitting right across from the Gulf of Mexico and Anna Maria Island’s world famous, white sugar beaches. There are seven miles of beach along our barrier island and the sand is mostly pulverized quartz, which keeps it cool and powder soft between your toes. There won’t even be enough time for your sunscreen to sink in during the walk from your front door to the water. Being so close to the water means you’ll also be treated to the balmy sea breezes and peeks of the crashing waves from your second story porch.

Hi. It appears that this property is a condo which shares a wall with one other property, and that the pool is private to this condo only? It is not shared with the other condo. Is this correct? Thank you, Michelle

Great question - this is a townhome yet each side has their own private pool. There are no shared amenities at all. Private garage, pool and balcony.
Is there a bedroom accessible by elevator (as well as bath, kitchen and living area)?

How far is the Beach?

The beach is across the street. You have views from the top floor of the house. There is a beach access just South in the curve of Gulf Dr.
Can you please confirm that all Balconies are Private and not shared with the attached condo/house and which floor the bedrooms and living areas are on?

All balconies and the pool area of 202 38th are not shared with the next door townhome.
