just perfect!

"As I mentioned in my previous review we returned to this property for a 2 week stay and it was just perfect. The house was spotless, everything worked (washer/dryer, dishwasher, over the range microwave, A/C, BBQ, etc..). We found a leak in the kitchen sink and I called the number provided at around 8pm, the following morning a gentleman came in and fix it up in just a few min (something was just a bit loose)..dealing with IRE is delightful. This time there were new chairs to seat around and relax with the sound of the ocean so close by. This property is perfect for a small family...being right on the beach with a 5 year old that wants snacks, juice, or another toy... makes the day just easier. We could hide in the house for the "way too sunny hrs" and then come back right to the beach...then go back in for a snack and shower and come out right in time for the sunset...go out for dinner and then comeback to watch the starts. There is a big supermarket and a pharmacy at just 3-4 blocks away, the location could not be better. This is an outstanding property that we would be returning to as often as we can."

Great beach house

"We had an awesome time in this property. The house was spotless nicely decorated and in a prime location. It is right on the beach but kind of behind a gentle dune, which gives a lot of privacy from the beach. We couldn\'t find pans when we arrived and in 15 min we have someone from Island Real State at our door to help us. The pans were in the house after all. We have a 4 yr old girl and the cozy house was perfect for the three of us. This is an awesome property and at a really fair price, we are planing to go back in Apr 2013 for 2 weeks this time."

Is thescreened lanai shared with Playa Casanas North? Hoping it is private!

Yes eachside of the duplex has its onw private screened area, but the patio behind it is shared.

CHECK IN TIME is at 4:30 pm EST unless you have opted for the Early Arrival Guarantee (info found below).   Please note that on heavy turnover days housekeeping does their best to prepare each property for our next guest as quickly as possible, yet we do not want them to skimp on quality in favor of quickness, so please be patient if you arrive prior to the property being ready for you.  We are more than happy to give you recommendations for lunch choices, shopping or fun things to do before retrieving your keys. 

We now offer Early Arrival Guarantees for a 1pm arrival instead of 4:30pm for an additional fee. Rates are as follows: 1-2 bedrooms: $100, 3-4 bedrooms: $150 and 5+ bedrooms: $200.  Call us right away to take advantage of this new offer or email MyVacation@IslandReal.com (note: Early Arrival Guarantee availability may be limited)
