Perfect location, beautifully appointed house

We (family of 4 adults) have just returned from 2 weeks on Anna Maria Island and not only are we missing it but already making plans for a return visit to Pina Colada. The house has been totally renovated in the last year or so and is spotless, well appointed and tastefully decorated. You can see that a lot of care has gone into planning it. The house and its beautiful garden are well maintained with a gardener & pool attendant in every week. The main living room is very spacious with a large sofa which has to be the most comfortable ever!!! Kitchen well equipped for all types of cooking. Good size bedrooms & bathrooms plus a shower room downstairs. The upstairs veranda (with large table & chairs) & pool area are a delight (pool also has an outside hot/cold shower). It is situated in a quiet area of AMI, 2 minutes away from the one & only \"Bean Point\" for beach time & Rod & Reel Pier for fishing & delicious food. We truly had a lovely time there, despite 3 days of very unusual torrential rain & strong winds(games room was VERY useful then) which damaged one of the outside table. Problem dealt with promptly & efficiently by the rental agent. We just cannot wait to return....
