Casa Sierra Resort is a private Mediterranean style four unit complex in Holmes Beach on beautiful Anna Maria Island.


This small quiet complex is just a two minute walk to the beautiful white sand beach! This ground level unit offers an outdoor patio with the spacious common area providing a large heated pool, gazebo, lush tropical landscaping, and picnic tables making for a perfect setting for a memorable Island adventure! (2) Bedroom, (2) Bath, accommodates (6) people: 1 King, 2 Twins, 1 Queen Sleeper sofa.  Pets under 50 lbs. are welcome with a fee.


The vacationer in you will love everything about this unit and if you want to discover all of Anna Maria the island is only 7 miles long. You can travel down to Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach and then up to the top of the island to the City of Anna Maria. Do as much or as little you want. Its your holiday vacation. Come for the beach and stay for the sunset.

Best Condo

"I little late in writing this review. Busy. However, our stay at Cassa Sierra on 36th Street was wonderful! Prettiest condo we have stayed in on the Island. Well maintained and the courtyard with the gazebo was paradise. My husband and I sat under the shady gazebo and enjoyed watching the children swim in the pool. After spending all day on the white sands of the beach, the cool greenery of the courtyard was refreshing. Will rent again. Thank you owners for a lovely get away with my family!"

BEACH VACATION

"I CRIED WHEN OUR VACATION WAS OVER! LOVED IT ALL! RAINED TWO DAYS BUT TOOK THE FREE TROLLEY AND RODE ALL OVER ISLAND AND STOPPED AT NEW PLACES FOR LUNCH. THE BEACH IS BEAUTIFUL AND NOT CROWDED. HAVE ALREADY PUT IN RESERVATION FOR SUMMER VACATION."

Great Property

"We usually book through Expedia or a similar big vacation website, but we didn't want to stay at a hotel, and this provided us with more options for homes. We choose this property after first researching Island Real Estate and reading reviews and then by talking to Island Real Estate directly. We wanted input on which property would be best for our family, which included a baby. Island Real Estate was extremely helpful and they recommended this recently acquired property. We loved that it was about a one minute walk to the beach, Walgreens, and Publix, and that it came with a washer and dryer. The house has been recently updated and has nice/new top of the line appliances and most importantly it is clean. We would definitively stay there again or at another Island Real Estate property."
