Botanical Artist featured speaker at the Artists' Guild of Anna Maria Island February meeting

Anna Maria Island – The next meeting of the Artists’ Guild of Anna Maria Island will feature Olivia Marie Braida-Chiusano.  Author, educator and artist, Olivia will be speaking about the history of botanical art and the influence of the French Court period. The date is  Feb. 3rd, in Lowe Hall, Church of the Annunciation, 45th Street and 2nd Avenue, Holmes Beach. Meetings begin with social time at 6:30pm  and the program will formally start at 7pm.

She is also the founder of the ‘Academy of Botanical Art’, which offers botanical certification through the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens.
