Mr Bones is a great barbecue restaurant close to the beach. A stay at Palm Isle Village, StarFish #1 or #2 are two great resorts within a walk away from this fabulous restaurant.
An extremely unique environment is prevalent as soon as you walk into the restaurant. A large tub of your favorite beverages can be found at the entrance as well as a skeleton which adds to the variety found inside the dining area.
Feast on several different types of barbecue ribs, chicken, or beef. The baked beans are wonderful as well as beans and rice. If you are a salt and pepper kind of person bring some packets in your pocket. Sorry they don’t provide seasoning for any of the dishes they serve. They have an assortment of salads as well as exotic rice and Indian plates.

Skip the spare ribs and get the baby back ribs. Alot more meat and better value. The Honey Glazed ribs are fabulous. The Greek salad is huge and perfect for the vegetarian.
We ate at Mr. Bones for lunch on our vacation last week and it was FABULOUS! The veggie rice was AMAZING! Best rice I have ever had. I got the 1/2 BBQ chicken which was EXCELLENT and my husband got the ribs. My mother-in-law got a condon chicken sandwich. Potato salad was really good as well. The coffin full of drinks was really cool. We had 3 adults and 1 child with meals including some alchohol and a dessert and our bill was $72. Not too bad. No need for salt or pepper. The food is WONDERFUL as is!
