Realtor Profile

Melinda was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated from the University of South Alabama with a B.S. of ED Degree. She lived abroad in Berlin, Germany for two years. Melinda taught school for 12 years in the Atlanta area. She owned a very successful antique business for eight years and started a high-end personal household decorative service for eight years. Her two daughters still live in the Atlanta area and she is very blessed with four grandchildren. Melinda's hobbies are landscaping and attending to her managerie of animals. She volunteers for the Wildlife Rehab where she is envolved with rescue, rehab and release. She loves restoring and preserving historical homes and recently restored the Fogarty Home built in 1872. After selling her home she has returned to Island living!

Melinda has many years of honestly serving the Real Estate Public. Prior to sales Melinda was in the Rental Dept. of Island Real Estate for five years. Listing and selling "beach properties" and meeting people from all over the world is her passion. Top that with living at the beach and that's heaven!
