This was an extremely convenient rental unit for us. The trolley stop as well as the beach entrance are directly across the street....We especially enjoyed the screened in porch area.

This was our first time renting a condo for vacation and we had a wonderful experience. There was plenty of space, both indoors and out and each of the bedrooms had their own bathroom. There was a place to wash sand off so it wouldn't be drug into the condo and the pool was a nice option to have. In addition to being close to the ocean, the property is within walking distance of a few restaurants and close to some cute shops. The management office is not far and their service was great. If we decide to go back to Anna Maria, we will definitely check to see if this property is available!

6407A was a perfect rental property. It was clean, well equipped, and ready for our arrival. We were very comfortable at the home and couldn't have asked for a better location. Excellent set up for a small family. Thanks!
