There is a nice sized screened in back porch/lanai that looks over the ocean with picture perfect views to enjoy the sunsets, etc. You can exit the back porch directly onto a nice brick paver patio where you will find a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand and salt after a long day at the beach.
