Detailed tour: Pass over the wide high ceilinged covered porch to enter the home which opens to the living room that features a unique fireplace with sea glass embedded in the mortar. To the right are two guest bedrooms with a queen bedroom on the right side and two twin beds on the left, both with TV/DVD's. A shared bath with tub/shower combo is in the hallway. Continue through the living room and you will find the dining room with seating for eight and a wet bar with wine cooler directly ahead and the kitchen to the left. There are all new appliances in the large gallery style kitchen with tons of counter space. There is a pass through into the family room then following the hallway to the left of the kitchen you will find a desk space for your computer and a printer for your use with wireless internet access. To the left is the master bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom with glass block shower. Lots of windows with western exposure allows plenty of natural light. Back in the hallway to the right is the laundry area with stacked washer and dryer and then a door leading to the 2 car garage and another door to the pool area with propane BBQ grill. The brand new pool has a waterfall, Tiki Hut and a seated area for relaxing. Slider doors from the pool area back into the house lead you into the family room with additional dining table and couch, another large screen TV with DVD and the other side of the pass through to the kitchen.
