Detailed walk through layout:
As you enter the home through the foyer, there is a door to enter the garage that will lead you to the game room that includes a ping pong table and pool table and also out to the beautiful, tropical pool area.
The foyer also has the first set of stairs which lead you to the main living level of the home. At the first floor landing, to your right is the large living room, kitchen and dining room with a spacious balcony through the French doors that over looks the pool area. Also from the stairs, you will see straight ahead a powder room and a full washer and dryer further past. To the left of the stairs, there is a master suite with a king size bed, as well as a twin bunk-bedroom that both lead into a master bathroom with step in shower.
On the second living level of the home you will find the additional bedrooms and the den that could also be used as a bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa. To the left of the stairs there is another master suite with king bed and a large bathroom with a step in shower, and a relaxing balcony. To the right of the stairs, there is a shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, as well as a bedroom with full sized bed and another king bed master suite with connected master bathroom and walk in shower.
