"Forever Flip Flops" welcomes you to this recently re-done and updated island home. Just steps from the Gulf of Mexico and the pure white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island. All new furniture and custom touches throughout to make your stay a pleasent and peaceful one. Spend your holiday by the new heated pool and practice your golf game on the outdoor putting green! This home has something for everyone from the pool table to a under the stair set up for a childrens play area. Enjoy the view of the Gulf from the second floor deck and lay in bed and fall asleep to the sound of the Gulf of Mexico. Jump on the free Trolley and enjoy the island shops and island "hot spots".
Walk through layout: As you enter the home, there is the spacious living room right in front and the staircase up to the second level right to the right of you. Through the living room on the left side, you will find two bedrooms - one queen bedroom to your right, one twin bedroom to your left, and a full bathroom in the middle of the two with a tub/shower combo. Through the living room, you will come to the kitchen and both dining room areas. To the right of the kitchen/dining area, you will find a king master suite with connecting bathroom. In the bathroom, there is a walk in shower, as well as a full washer and dryer.
There are doors to lead you out to the pool area in the dining room area to the right. To the left, there are sliding glass doors that lead you to an additional room with a pool table! The pool area is great with two hammocks and a very large pool and even a putting green off to the side.
Up the staircase to the second level, there are two additional bedrooms. To the left of the staircase, you will see a queen bedroom, and to the right you will enter a huge vanity area and through a pocket door is a bathroom with a walk in shower. You will then find another queen bedroom with a little built in kitchen area, a balcony that leads you down to the pool area and also has gulf views because the house sits so close to the beach! On the other side of this unique bedroom you will find a twin bed and a small trundle bed which is perfect for families traveling with small children who prefer to all be in the same room.
