Newer three bedroom, three and a half bath vacation beach townhome on beautiful Anna Maria Island. Enjoy a huge master bedroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is also a door to a bathroom that allows you to walk from the pool area through the shower for easy rinsing off and then into the bathroom which supports the entire bottom floor. The designer created a unique layout which takes advantage of the gorgeous beach views - all bedrooms are on the lower/ground level and both the great room and kitchen are on the second level. The third level has a quiet area for reading or watching the sunset.
There are two TV's, both are over 35in flat screens. The third bedroom includes a wet bar and opens via French doors to the pool. The wet bar is equipped with a wine fridge and sink, having both cold and hot water. This ground level third bedroom/deb is also where the sleeper sofa is located. There is a residential elevator for handicapped and luggage use. The spa is heated, yet the private pool is cursory heated from the spa and should NOT be consider heated. Enjoy the Gulf view from your private porch just off the great room. Sit out and relax and listen to the Gulf of Mexico. So much better than hotel living. Once you stay here you will want to return again and again.
