Off the dining area is a charming Florida Room that leads directly out to the pool deck. Thank you for lovey accomodations! We were so happy with all the thoughtful deatils on your property. Your kitchen is well equipped for a serious chef and the grill is great for any grillmaster. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor showers everyday. The short walk to the beach made htis quiet location just perfect. We were very impressed with our first trip to Anna Maria - look forward to coming back! Thanks for sharing! P.S. The kids loved the books and games, thanks for sharing those too.

Thank you very much for a lovely stay at a nice house with an awesome pool. The TV in every room was fabulous for a family with three children and parents who watch different shows. Thank you for letting us live our dream for a week. Everything from the beds, linens, towels, to your cookware... I use the same at home, so it was nice to be blessed with cookware I\'m used to. The pool was awesome! Enjoyed it every day and most nights. The grill was great as well! My husband and I renewed our vows 4-8-10, twenty years for us and your home made it special. Will definitely be looking into returning. P.S. Was told by other friends staying on Anna Maria, we had one of the best pools they had seen. :)

We wish to thank you for letting us stay in your house, with everything provided for us. I have had good holidays over the years but this was one of the best. Even the company was good, haha. I haven\'t swam so much in one week, it was great. You have picked a wonderful spot for a second home and I\'m sure your boys will really apprecaite it when they get older. I had never heard of Anna Maria Island, until Sharon told us. It was beautful and I sure hope we will be able to come back again.

Great location, great weather, great beach, great place, great pool...great time! The kids and I practically lived in the wonderful pool. The beach was spectacualr and we enjoyed the strolls and shell collecting at sunset. The house is really nicely fone and very comfortable. Having a wonderful time! My first visit to AMI was 23 years ago and I loved it so much I had to come back to this area for the third time now! Brought the whole family this time and they are having so much fun. It is so fun watching them experience everything for the first time - the ocean, the beach, plane rides, trip to Disney! They have said that the beach is thier favorite! The house is amazing!!! Perfect setup for our family and the pool is paradise. Some of our family members hung out at the beach right after sunset and got to experience the sea turtles make thier way to the ocean... so cool! The sunsets take my breath away. Thank you for such wonderful memories.

We grew up on the island and were so grateful to have such a beautiful home to come back and visit in. It has been 16 years since we left and we now have children and husbands of our own. The island has changed a lot but is also the same in many wonderful ways! It was so special to share this beautiful place with our families. None of us wanted to leave at the end of our stay. We loved staying at 213 Periwinkle!!! The inside is cozy and the outside is so relaxing. We enjoyed sunbathing with the geckos and playing shuffleboard tournaments. The beach was so gorgeous and our favorite restaurants included Island Gourmet, Waterfront, and Marvista. We took a tour on scooters and enjoyed seeing northern Anna Maria Island. We loved the house and can’t wait to return to The Island. Back to reality in Columbus, OH…

The pool is fantastic and within a great setting and we shall really miss that as we shiver back to the Isle of Man. The house itself has been refurbished with style and very well equipped - we may have to get one of those base docking stations and shuffleboard. Amongst our activities during our short stay here we enjoyed a 3 hour sail into the gulf with Octavio of Anna Maria Sailing on his 34ft yacht. We also spent a couple pleasant afternoons fishing off the end of The Old Pier. Tackle can be hired for $3/hour at the puer – you can buy a complete cheap rod/reel for under $20 from Dick’s is you plan to spend a bit of time fishing. Thanks for providing great accommodations.

We had a great time. Snowing in Blachsbury VA and snowy white beaches here in AMI over Christmas 2010. The boys loved the pool, hot tub, and beaches. My wife and I especially loved taking relaxing bike rides. We hope to come back again soon with more friends and family.

This vacation was absolutely wonderful. There were seven of us, two couples and three children under the age of 8. This was our first visit to the island and we were all very impressed. The house was awesome and quite enjoyable. The kids loved the pool and were in it all the time! Us adults were in it just as much. The shuffleboard court, outdoor shower, and the grill were great touches to outdoor living. We used the wagon and bicycles on a daily basis. The beach was gorgeous, so white and sugary! Considering we stayed here during the annual Shark Week on Discovery Channel, our adventures on the beach were quite humorous. Needless to say, we saw no dorsal fins from the shore. In the words of our children, “When can we go back to the beach house?”

Wow, what a great rental property. We survived T.S. Debby so the weather was less than cooperative but we still had a wonderful vacation due in large part to all the comforts provided at Bikini Bottom. We love Anna Maria Island and would definitely like to return to this property. Proximity to the beach, great pool and backyard, one story and lush surroundings all contributed to a fine time.
