Details of the layout:

As you enter Almost Gulf through the front foyer, there is an entry door immediately to your right that will lead you to the garage.  To the back of the garage you will find the entertainment room and the tropical private pool area.  Garage stroage provides guests with beach chairs and a few beach umbrellas.  The game room located behind the garage has lots of fun.  The home provides a foosball table and a table tenns - ping pong table!  The pool area is very relaxing with an outdoor kitchen supplied with a propane barbecue grill and a swim up tiki bar in the heated pool! 



Up one level of stairs to the first living level, directly in the front of the home is a powder room with a full size washer and dryer beyond a custom pocket door.  Just to the left of the stairway is a large living area-great room, luxurious kitchen and dining room.  This is all open to form a large great room.



Through the double French doors off the great room room and dining area there is a large exterior open balcony over looking the pool paradise. 

To the right of the entry stairs, you will see two bedrooms supplied with King beds and with a connecting luxury master bathroom and a full wall tiled walk-in shower. 

Up the second floors stairs to the next living level.   Straight ahead you will find a den with a trundle bed which contains two twin beds.  This area could be used as an additional bedroom with pocket doors closing off the area.  To the right of the stairs there is another master bedroom supplied with a  king bed.  The Master suite has an attached bathroom equipped with a walk in shower.  Finally in the master suite you will find a open balcony just beyond the French doors.  Back to the second level stairs, to the left as you walk down the hallway, you will pass a shared full bath with a tub-shower combination.  Traveling down the hall a bit farther you will find two additional bedrooms.  One Bedroom is has a full size bed.  The second bedroom is yet another master suite with a king size bed.  Yes, this master bedroom includes an attached bathroom with a luxurious walk in shower.
